Due to the nature of bulk trading and international shipments, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.
All sales are considered final once goods have been shipped according to the agreed contract terms.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
The goods delivered do not match the agreed specifications stated in the Proforma Invoice or Contract.
The products are proven to have manufacturing defects.
There is verified quantity shortage supported by official inspection documentation.
All refund requests must be supported by clear evidence, including:
Photos and videos
Independent inspection reports (if required)
Official shipping and receiving documents
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Damage caused during transportation after goods leave the port (if shipped under FOB terms).
Improper storage or handling by the buyer.
Change of market conditions or resale difficulties.
Delay caused by customs clearance in the buyer’s country.
Buyer’s failure to obtain necessary import permits or approvals.
4. Claim Procedure
To request a refund, the buyer must:
Notify EMIROGLU HOLDING A.S in writing within the agreed claim period after receiving the goods.
Provide all supporting documents and evidence.
Allow reasonable time for review and investigation.
All claims will be reviewed carefully, and resolution will be provided through mutual agreement.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
The refund amount will be determined based on the verified issue.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures and international transfer regulations.
