Payment terms are agreed upon before shipment (such as T/T, LC, or other mutually accepted methods).
Production or shipment may begin only after payment confirmation according to the agreed terms.
5. Orders & Contracts
An order becomes valid only after:
Written confirmation from both parties
Issuance of Proforma Invoice

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, port congestion, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Quality & Inspection
We ensure that products meet agreed specifications before shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged upon buyer request and may involve additional costs.
Any claims regarding product quality must be submitted in writing within the agreed timeframe after delivery.
8. Returns & Claims
Due to the nature of international trade and bulk shipments:
